5 Ready for the Weekend

via

We are working our buns off, getting ready to sell at the Topanga Vintage Market this weekend.

Sunday the 27th, from 8am – 3pm to be exact.

Prepping and cleaning, tagging and packing. I’m pulling out piles of the good stuff. It’s all coming with us.

(Even if that means I have to ride as a hood ornament on the front of the U-Haul van).

  5. Hi Jennifer, this is off the subject of this blog. Thank you for the veggie burger idea. I usually buy the frozen, but I may try this one. I was told about an app for my smartphone that I love. It helps keep me on track. It helps count calories (which I have never done before) along with nutrients like protein. (it is important to get enough protein every day so that you are burning fat and not muscle. It is called "Lose It" and it is free. Thought I would give you a heads up on it because it has helped me understand my intake so much better. It also lets you put in your exercise as well as food. I love the bar scanner cause it helps so I do not have to put in the info. And veggies had so few calories. Hope you try it out. :-)
