We are very excited to have our home featured in the pages of the current Fall/Winter issue of Cottage Style magazine…
And sweet little Chloe was also excited to see she made it in the issue as well…
It’s always interesting when you have a stylist come in for a shoot. They'll often bring in colors and props and flower arrangements you may not have envisioned for your home, but somehow it just works…
And sometimes they’ll even move furniture around. It’s all about how the camera see’s the space, and nothing to do with the practicalities of foot traffic flow…
I don’t think I’ll ever tire of looking at my dining room. However, I’ve decided it’s time to sell our vintage black dining chairs ($125 for all 4). If you’re interested, leave me a note in the comments below.
I don’t change things up too much in our kitchen, so I tend to re-style our bakery wall quite often, just to keep it fresh and interesting…
The suitcase nightstands in our master bedroom is probably one of my favorite vignettes…

ReplyDeleteI saw this issue in the checkout line at The Home Depot. Thought about grabbing it, then thought "hey that's $10 bucks I could put toward a Christmas gift!" However, I usually try to pick up any mags that have your home in them because I feel like your home is my home too, in a way! Had I known that, I would have grabbed one!
